Yes. Alerts can be managed through the platform. Once the issue has been addressed, the alert will automatically resolve. If the issue has not been addressed, the alert may continue to persist depending on the severity of the alert.

No. Under My Watch automatically detects room changes for both staff and children. This reduces manual admin and helps the platform maintain live room awareness across the service.

No. Under My Watch does not replace active supervision. Educators must continue to supervise children, follow centre policies, maintain ratios, use professional judgment and respond to children’s needs as they normally would. Under My Watch is an added layer of awareness. It is not a substitute for educator presence, supervision or responsibility.

Educators should respond to alerts in accordance with the centre’s policies and procedures. In practice, this may include checking on the child, confirming the situation, addressing the issue and escalating to a room leader, nominated supervisor or centre manager where required. The platform helps bring the issue to attention. Educators and the centre remain responsible for the response.

Centre staff manage bracelet charging. Under My Watch supplies the centre with multiple charging stations that can easily charge up to 50 bracelets at a time. This allows centres to charge bracelets efficiently and keep them ready for use.
